LAB Digital Creative is a small team you'll actually know
We're a boutique agency on Main Street in downtown Memphis, with a second office in Jacksonville. We build websites, run search and ads, and shape brands for businesses that want to see what their money did.
Why LAB exists
Before LAB, I watched agencies win a client with a partner in the room, then hand the work to someone new. The client got locked into a year of invoices and a report built to be skimmed.
We set LAB up so that can't happen. The people you meet on the first call stay on your account. Your plan gets written for you, so a family-law firm in Hernando and a driver-recruiting push for Ozark Motor Lines don't get the same playbook. You can leave any month.

Michael Newsome, Founder and President
Michael spent years in banking before he started LAB in Memphis in 2019. Since then, LAB has grown to a team of about 20, with offices in Memphis and Jacksonville.

Downtown Memphis at 40 S Main St, Suite 1552, and Jacksonville at 25 North Market Street. Meetings are by appointment.
